Center for History and Culture

Pathfinder is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering for the renovation of a former bank in downtown Ithaca. The building will become the Center for History and Culture. The $3.5 million project will create approximately 4,500 sq. ft. of public exhibit and program spaces, as well as offices. A 1,500 sq. ft. lobby and visitor's center will be located on the main floor.  Approximately 7,000 sq. ft. will be used for staff offices and storage and 2,700 sq. ft. will be used for climate-controlled storage of archives.
