Jason Drake joined Pathfinder three years ago as a mechanical engineer and worked extensively on commissioning projects as well as design projects. Engineering brings out the creative side in Jason.
“I love the challenges and problem solving involved with my job,” he explains. “I find it especially enjoyable when design issues require creative and innovation solutions. I also like to be as hands on as possible with my designs.”

We first met Jaimee Wilson at a student job fair at the University of Rochester five years ago, as she was nearing completion of her PhD in Biomedical Engineering. She had already begun to consider a career that focused on sustainability and she sought out the chance to talk about her career options with the Pathfinder team at the fair. The result of that and other conversations: Jaimee was hired as an Energy Engineer, providing energy modeling and other energy services for our clients. When asked about what she most enjoys about her job, she replied, “Saving energy!”

Faith joined the firm as college intern just after the firm’s founding in 1998 and 15 years later is a valued member of our Architectural Department. Current and recent projects include a hospital ward renovation at the Veterans Administration in Buffalo, dormitory renovations at SUNY Plattsburgh and Brockport, and office renovations at Boulter Industrial. This variety is part of what makes her work at Pathfinder enjoyable. “It’s different every day,” Faith explains. “Different jobs, different clients, and different employee and consultant teams.”
